WMF - The Nuova cutlery collection from WMF, made of polished Cromargan®, combines timeless design with high-quality features. The sleek items of cutlery are available individually or as a set and combine to form a harmonious whole. The simple elegance of the cutlery in the Nuova range makes it suitable both for everyday use and special occasions. In addition to the cutlery, the collection contains an entire spectrum of serving pieces and special cutlery, ranging from cake servers to muesli spoons.
The fish cutlery is used exclusively for fish fillets or whole fish. The fish knife does not have a notched blade and is therefore only deisgned for cutting or scooping the fish. The knife blade has a symmetric shape and is deposited downwards from the knife handle. The fork features a recess from the tines into the short bowl, but is used like a normal fork and is virtually identical to the hors d'oeuvre/dessert fork. Each WMF cutlery collection includes fish cutlery.
