Tip for use:

Pour a layer of boiling water or broth in the wok or frypan. Fill the basket and close the lid.

Place the basket on top of the boiling water or broth. Pay attention that there is no contact between the basket and the boiling water or broth.

Check regularly if there's still water or broth left in the frypan.
